Insulation material:

Ceramics: High purity alumina (Al ₂ O3) ceramics are commonly used, which have high insulation strength, breakdown voltage ≥ 30kV/mm, and can maintain good insulation performance under high voltage; At the same time, it has excellent temperature resistance and can withstand temperature fluctuations from -40 ℃ to+120 ℃, avoiding cracking due to temperature changes; The surface glaze layer is smooth and dense, with strong anti pollution ability, which can reduce the risk of flashover caused by dust, rainwater and other attachments.

Insulation paper and oil: Cable paper and transformer oil form composite insulation, which needs to meet the requirements of low dielectric loss and aging resistance to ensure long-term stable insulation effect.

Conductive material: The conductive rod is made of high-purity copper with a conductivity of ≥ 99.9%. The surface is usually silver plated or tin coated to reduce contact resistance and improve conductivity efficiency.

Key technical indicators include creepage distance (≥ 31mm/kV), mechanical bending strength (≥ 150MPa), local discharge capacity (≤ 10pC), sealing performance (long-term no leakage), etc. These indicators are important standards for measuring the performance of transformer bushings and directly related to the safe operation of the power system.
